Our assigned project manager will be responsible for an ongoing quality assurance effort.
1. The project manager and assistants review drawings and specifications thoroughly to become familiar with the specific requirements of the architect and consulting engineers.
2. Competent trade practices and standards are maintained and checked regularly by our project manager and his assistants.
3. We cooperate with the architect and consulting engineers in their periodic inspection efforts. If, at any point, there is a question as to what constitutes an acceptable standard of performance in a specific element of the work, we seek immediate assistance from the architect/engineers to resolve the matter. When remedial action is required, 
will act as the liaison between the owner and the general contractor.
4. We will, where appropriate, encourage the owner to hire specialty consultants during the design phase for certain building systems such as roofing/waterproofing. These consultants establish quality standards, participate with in prequalifying potential subcontractors and monitor quality during fabrication and installation of the systems.
5. We maintain accurate daily job reports, which track pertinent activities. Photographs may be taken to record and properly document problem situations until they are solved.
